  SHAME ON THIS STORE. ALL THESE REVIEWS ARE OBVIOUSLY FAKE. My wife and I usually try and shop local, so when they opened up a store closer to home we figured we would give them a chance. The rep didn't even get up to ask us if we needed anything and when we finally got his attention it seemed like it was an inconvenience for him to even do his job. my wife had an iPhone before and left with a new iPhone- but we left with NOTHING transferred. I have been getting iPhones for years and have never had a problem getting my stuff transferred at any other location. We were told that if we didn't know our password that wasn't "his" problem and that if we needed help we should call apple as its an apple phone. We have had people help us with our passwords plenty of times. I couldn't believe all the positive reviews for this store. In about 15 seconds of google my son found this about the people doing the reviews: Harry works for Sprint Laurel is married to an employee "Jeb" works for Sprint John is a relative of an employee Anthony works for Sprint The list goes on.
